Art born in prayer
Where painting
becomes prophecy.
Paintings born in stillness.
Inspired by faith, carried by hope.

The Artist
My paintings are born in prayer and worship. Colors, shapes and quiet impressions find their way onto the canvas.
What is prophetic painting?
To me, prophetic painting means listening in prayer and putting what God shows me into color. A painting can speak to the heart where words can no longer reach.

Color. Faith. Hope.

Hi, I'm
Oksana
I paint pictures in which God's message takes on color.
My story
I'm happily married and a mom of six. My family and my faith in God carry me through life.
I've loved painting since I was a child. But for many years, it took a back seat. Family, children and everyday life came first, and my paints had to wait. Still, the passion never quite went away. A few years ago, it came alive again.
An important spark was a painting course with Oliver Pingele, an artist who paints prophetic pictures. That course awakened something in me. A few years later, two different people, independently of each other, gave me the same prophetic word: I would paint pictures that become a blessing to others. Those words gave me the courage to make room for my passion.
How my paintings come to life
Many of my paintings are born in my time with God – in prayer, in worship or while reading the Bible. In those moments, I receive inner impressions, images and motifs. With brush and paint, I capture what I feel and see with my inner eye. It's exciting every time to watch a thought, a Bible verse or a moment close to God become a painting you can see.
I tried many things and searched for my own style. But I kept coming back to spiritual and prophetic paintings. That's where my heart is.
“I don't just want to paint pictures. I want to create paintings that touch people, give hope and remind them of God's love.”
Colors and shapes can express what we sometimes have no words for. A painting can make you pause in the middle of everyday life, encourage you, or remind you of a truth you've lost sight of.
A painting just for you
Over time, a desire has grown in me to paint personal prophetic pictures for individual people. I take time for it, seek inspiration for you in prayer, and bring what I receive onto the canvas. That's where I sense my calling.
Here you'll find my originals – each one unique and painted with a lot of love. Maybe one of them speaks to you right away. Or maybe you'd like a painting I create just for you.
I'm so glad you're here!
Love, Oksana
What is prophetic painting?
God speaks. And often, he speaks in pictures.
God speaks in pictures
Throughout the Bible, God speaks through dreams, visions and images. Jesus rarely just explained the kingdom of God – he painted it, with stories of a mustard seed, a lost son and a persistent widow. He asked:
“What shall we say the kingdom of God is like, or what parable shall we use to describe it?”
Mark 4:30
Pictures stay with us. Try not to think of a pink elephant – and there it is. Not the word, but the picture. We think in pictures – and God knows that.
What words can't say
Try describing a sunset to someone who cannot see. Words fall short. With God's reality, even more so. That's why God speaks not only to our minds but to our hearts. Paul prays that “the eyes of your heart may be enlightened” (Ephesians 1:18). The heart holds more than the mind.
The heroes of faith in Hebrews 11 saw with these eyes. Abraham looked forward to the city “whose architect and builder is God.” Moses persevered “because he saw him who is invisible.”
How a painting begins
Prophetic painting doesn't start with the brush – it starts with listening. In prayer, in worship or while reading the Bible, I receive inner impressions: an image, a color, a feeling, sometimes a Bible verse. I capture that on the canvas – just as God told Habakkuk: “Write down the revelation and make it plain on tablets” (Habakkuk 2:2). I paint what I see.
God using art is nothing new. He filled the craftsman Bezalel “with the Spirit of God, with wisdom, with understanding, with knowledge and with all kinds of skills” (Exodus 31:3).
What a prophetic painting is for
A prophetic painting doesn't try to impress – it wants to touch. According to the Bible, prophecy is there to strengthen, encourage and comfort people (1 Corinthians 14:3). A painting can give hope, remind you of God's love and invite you to pause. Your mind reads the words “Do not be afraid” – a painting can plant them in your heart.
With an open heart and humility
A painting doesn't replace the Bible, and I'm not infallible. What I paint is an impression I share with you. The Bible encourages us: “Test everything; hold fast what is good” (1 Thessalonians 5:21). Let the painting speak to you, and ask God yourself what he wants to tell you through it.
Maybe one of my paintings speaks to you. Or maybe you'd like a painting I create in prayer just for you. I'd love to hear from you.
Love, Oksana
